CONSENT AGENDA 1:20 PM

The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

  1. Approval of Donations. That the Board approves the Donations, dated February 4, 2020. (SL)

  2. Approval of Stanwood High School Field Trips , (a-e):

    1. FFA Horse Evaluation Team to Ellensburg, WA, April 21-22, 2020, for Career Development Event,
    2. AG Mechanics Team to Yakima, WA, April 16-17, 2020, for State Competition,
    3. Science Bowl Team to Pasco, WA, February 21-23, 2020, for Regional Competition,
    4. Technology Students Association to SeaTac, WA, March 18 through 21, 2020, for State Conference/Competition; and,
    5. Sports Medicine Students to Spokane, WA, April 23 through 25, 2020, for State Competition.
      That the Board approves the Stanwood High School Field Trips, (a-e), listed above dated February 4, 2020. (JS)
  3. Approval of the Second Reading of New Student Policy 3112 Withdrawal Prior to Graduation. That the Board approves the Second Reading of New Student Policy 3112 Withdrawal Prior to Graduation, dated February 4, 2020. (LS)

  4. Approval of the Personnel Consent Agenda. That the Board approves the Personnel Consent Agenda, including certificated/classified new hires, resignations, leave requests, retirements, and travel, dated February 4, 2020. (MS)

COMMENTS BY CITIZENS 1:25 PM

The Board recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and the importance of involving citizens in its meetings. To permit fair and orderly expression of such comment, the Board will provide a period at each regular meeting during which citizens may address the Board. Those wishing to speak should sign up in advance. The Board welcomes comments but, in general, will not act on them during the meeting.
