The Stanwood-Camano School Board heard several reports about district initiatives during the regular board meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023.
Christine Del Pozo, the district’s Executive Director of Human Resources, updated the board on the districtwide staffing levels for the beginning of the school year.
Superintendent Deborah Rumbaugh provided a systemwide back-to-school update and an update on the District’s Strategic Plan.
Ben Gauyan, the district’s Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, provided a look at the Washington Guaranteed Admissions Program.

The school board will next host its regular meeting at 6 p.m. Sept. 19. Meetings are in the boardroom at the Stanwood-Camano School District Administration & Resource Center at 26920 Pioneer Highway in Stanwood.
