- Amplify voices of frequently marginalized individuals to ensure access to a safe, supportive learning and work environment
- Become practiced in the act of disrupting discriminatory language and behaviors
- Participate annually in Cultural Competence and Racial Bias training as provided by SCSD and training offered by WSSDA

- Utilize building/department check-ins and community forums to share the role of school board members
