COMMENTS BY CITIZENS 12:08 PM
The Board recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and the importance of involving citizens in its meetings. To permit fair and orderly expression of such comment, the Board will provide a period at each regular meeting during which citizens may address the Board. Those wishing to speak should sign up in advance. The Board welcomes comments but, in general, will not act on them during the meeting.

CONSENT AGENDA 12:20 PM
All items on the Consent Agenda have been distributed to Board Members for study and are considered routine. The Consent Agenda may be enacted by one motion of the Board. If discussion of an individual item is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda by any Board Member and placed on the regular agenda for Board action. Audience members may speak to a consent agenda item after the item is identified and before the vote is taken.
 
The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

1. Donations. That the Board approves the Donations, dated January 6, 2016. (GP)

2. Approval of Stanwood High School Field Trips: 
a. Boys Varsity Basketball Tournament December 28-30, 2014, Vancouver, Washington,
b. Technology Student Association (TSA) State Conference March 26-28, 2015, Bellevue, Washington.
That the Board approves the high school field trips as listed (a, b) , dated January 6, 2015. (LS)

3. Approval of Personnel Consent Agenda. That the Board approves the Personnel Consent Agenda, including certificated/classified new hires, resignations, leave requests, retirements, and travel, dated December 2, 2014. (MS)
