CALL TO ORDER
President Miranda Evans called the Study Session to order at 7:24 p.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Director Hagglund moved to approve the agenda for the September 19, 2023 Study Session; seconded by Director Schreiber.

DISCUSSION TOPICS

1. Board Goals and Self-Evaluation: Board Members
President Evans and the Board reviewed the 2022-23 board goals. Discussion included a review of the School Board's Short-Term, Long-Term, Equity, and Board Participation Goals. 

2. Levy Recommendations and Discussion: Deborah Rumbaugh and Ruth Floyd
Superintendent Rumbaugh and Ruth Floyd, Executive Director of Business Services, facilitated a 2024 Levy discussion on Tentative Options for a 2025-2028 Educational Program & Operations (EP&O) Levy which included a recommendation to the Board. Board questions and discussion followed.

3. Book Study: Deborah Rumbaugh
Superintendent Rumbaugh distributed the book and reading schedule for the upcoming Book Study. Discussion of the book Intentional Interruption will begin at the October 17, 2023 Regular Board Meeting.
