CALL TO ORDER
Board President Natalie Hagglund called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Board of Directors Present: Charlotte Murry, Ken Christoferson, Miranda Evans, Natalie Hagglund
Director Al Schreiber arrived at 6:05 p.m. (at Discussion Topic #1 on the agenda)

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Director Miranda Evans moved to approve the Agenda for the September 27, 2022 Study Session; seconded by Director Charlotte Murry.
