CALL TO ORDER
President Miranda Evans called the study session to order at 2:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

DISCUSSION TOPICS

1. 2024 Levy: Deborah Rumbaugh
Superintendent Rumbaugh and Ruth Floyd, Executive Director of Business Services, facilitated a 2024 Levy discussion on planning phases and Tentative Options for a 2025-2028 Educational Program & Operations (EP&O) Levy. Board questions and discussion followed. Ms. Floyd was asked to develop additional scenarios to present to the board.

2. District Strategic Plan Update: Deborah Rumbaugh and Cabinet
Dr. Rumbaugh, and members of Cabinet walked the board through a District Strategic Plan Update, highlighting inclusive practices, goals and measures of student progress, equity-centered strategic planning, instructional effectiveness, professional development, and next steps for 2023-2024,

President Evans adjourned the study session at 3:32 p.m.
