MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 30, 2018, SPECIAL BOARD RETREAT MEETING

Julie Dean facilitated the October 30, 2018, Special Board Retreat held at the Administration & Resource Center curriculum training room, which began at 1:35 PM. Board members in attendance were Julie Dean, Ken Christoferson, Al Schreiber, Natalie Hagglund, and Chad Lewis. Staff members in attendance were Superintendent Jean Shumate.

The following items were discussed:

Board Priorities

1. High school project
2. Communication with stakeholders
3. Budget
4. Student achievement
5. Inclusiveness
6. Student safety (social, emotional, physical) '
7. Strategic plan for board

The Board Retreat was adjourned at 3:10 PM.
