SPECIAL MINUTES OF THE MARCH 5, 2019, AUDIT EXIT CONFERENCE

CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting came to order at 12:04 p.m. in the Administration & Resource Center Curriculum Training Room for the purpose of the Washington State Audit Exit Conference. Board members in attendance were: Julie Dean, Chad Lewis, and Ken Christoferson. District staff members attending were: Jean Shumate, Gary Platt, Lisa Beckt, Steve Lidgard and Lloy Schaaf.

Deena Garza, Audit Manager, opened the meeting and expressed her appreciation for the district's support during the audit. She announced that there were no recommendations in any areas and they anticipate the audit costs to be lower than projected.

Richele Young, Audit Lead, gave the results of the Accountability Audit Report.

Susanne Hancock, Assistant Audit Manager, reported on the results of the Financial Statements and the Federal Single Audit.

Deena Garza closed the Audit Exit Conference.

No action was taken.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:35 PM.
