MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 10, 2018, SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

CALL TO ORDER
Al Schreiber, Board President, called the meeting to order at 7:45 AM in the Administration & Resource Center Boardroom.

ROLL CALL
Board members in attendance were: Natalie Hagglund, Ken Christoferson, Chad Lewis, Julie Dean, and Al Schreiber.

AGENDA
Julie Dean made a motion to approve the December 10, 2018, Special Board Meeting Agenda. Natalie Hagglund second the motion; it was voted on and approved unanimously.

CONSENT AGENDA
Chad Lewis made a motion to approve Consent Agenda item #1, listed below. Natalie Hagglund seconded the motion; it was voted on and approved unanimously.

1. Resolution 2018/19-006, Recommending Bid Award (New Stanwood High School).

Ken Christoferson appreciated all the efforts of those responsible for the planning and preparing for the new high school project. Al Schreiber, also, thanked everyone.

ADJOURNMENT
Al Schreiber adjourned the regular meeting at 7:48 AM.
