STUDENT CELL PHONES AND PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES

The board believes that student cell phone use during the school day reduces instructional opportunities and engagement in classroom activities. Cell phones, smart watches, personal electronic devices, headphones, and earbuds are prohibited during instructional time unless specifically authorized by staff. This policy applies to students in elementary, middle, and high school.
