READING SUPPORT IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH FOURTH GRADE
Research supports the strong correlation between reading at grade level by the end of grade three and on-going academic and life success for students. Therefore, the board is committed to ensuring that all students are reading at standard by the end of third grade.
The superintendent or designee shall establish procedures for the implementation of RCW 28A.655.235.
