CONSENT AGENDA
The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:
1. Approve the Donations
2. Approve the Stanwood High School students request to attend the following event:
a. State Championships - Cross Country, November 6-9, 2025, Pasco, WA
Amendment - students and chaperones will travel one day earlier
b. Floriculture Competition - FFA Horticulture Club, November 14, 2025, Prairie High School, Vancouver, WA
c. PAC Coast Wrestling Championships - Boys and Girls Wrestling, December 28-30, 2025, Ridgefield, WA
3. Approval of Adoption of Resolution 2025/2026-004 which allows newly elected board directors to attend the Washington State School Directors' Association (WSSDA) Annual Conference, November 20-22, 2025
4. Approval of Adoption of Resolution 2025/2026-005 Certification of 2026 Excess Property Taxes
5. Approve the 2025-2026 Annual Action Plans as listed below:

PUBLIC COMMENT
Citizens wishing to address the Board are asked to submit online requests using the PUBLIC COMMENT link or email shoffman@stanwood.wednet.edu two hours before the board meeting start time. For those attending the meeting in person, request forms are available in the boardroom for submission before the meeting start time. Citizens who wish to provide documents to board members will hand them to the Recording Secretary for distribution after the meeting. The Board President will call upon individuals who have requested to speak during the Public Comment section of the agenda. Individuals will state their name for the record and will be allowed three minutes to speak.
