The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:
1. Approve the Donations
2. Approve the Second Reading, Revised Board Policy 3210, Nondiscrimination
3. Approve the Second Reading, Revised Board Policy 5010, Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action
4. Approve the Second Reading, Revised Board Policy 5400, Personnel Leaves
5. Approve the Stanwood High School request to attend the following event:
a. Future Farmers of America (FFA), Agricultural Mechanics - State Competition - FFA Ag Mechanics, March 26-27, 2025, Yakima, WA
6. Approve the Interim Superintendent Contract effective January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025
7. Approve the Purchase of Replacement Chromebooks
8. Approve the Final Acceptance of the Cedarhome Elementary School Window Coverings Project
9. Approve the Bid Authorization for Transportation Parking Lot Repairs and Partial Replacement
10. Approve the Purchase Authorization for the Cedarhome Elementary School Roof

PUBLIC COMMENT
Citizens wishing to address the Board are asked to submit online requests using the PUBLIC COMMENT link or email shoffman@stanwood.wednet.edu two hours before the board meeting start time. For those attending the meeting in person, request forms are available in the boardroom for submission before the meeting start time. Citizens who wish to provide documents to board members will hand them to the Recording Secretary for distribution after the meeting. The Board President will call upon individuals who have requested to speak during the Public Comment section of the agenda. Individuals will state their name for the record and will be allowed three minutes to speak.
