CONSENT AGENDA

The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

1. Approve the Donations

2. Approve the Stanwood Elementary School student request to attend the following event:

  a. Cedar Springs Camp Outdoor Education - SES 5th Grade, Lake Stevens, WA, October 8 - 10, 2025

3. Approve the E-Rate Purchase of Network Core and Switches

4. Approve the Interlocal Agreement with Bellingham Technical College District No. 25 for the Running Start Program

5. Approve the Memorandum of Agreement with Seattle Pacific University

6. Approve the Memorandum of Agreement with Western Governors University 

7. Approve the 2025-26 Student Fee Schedule

8. Approve the 2025-26 Meal Prices

9. Approve the 3-year Annual Pay Plan for Google Workspace for Education Plus Licenses 

10. Approve the Clean Buildings Compliance Program Management Services - Change Order #1

11. Approve the Personnel Report for August 5, 2025

PUBLIC COMMENT

Citizens wishing to address the Board are asked to submit online requests using the PUBLIC COMMENT link or email shoffman@stanwood.wednet.edu two hours before the board meeting start time. For those attending the meeting in person, request forms are available in the boardroom for submission before the meeting start time. Citizens who wish to provide documents to board members will hand them to the Recording Secretary for distribution after the meeting. The Board President will call upon individuals who have requested to speak during the Public Comment section of the agenda. Individuals will state their name for the record and will be allowed three minutes to speak.
