CONSENT AGENDA
The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

Approve the Donations

Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Public School Employees of Stanwood-Camano to reduce identified classifications' contracts by one day for the 2023-2024 school year

Approve the Letter of Agreement with the Public School Employees of Stanwood-Camano for the 2023-2024 school year outlining the process of assigning additional time to paraeducators who have experienced a time loss of 15 or more minutes a day

Approve the Letter of Agreement with the Public School Employees of Stanwood-Camano for the 2023-2024 school year outlining the process to incentivize recruitment of bus drivers

Approve the Letter of Agreement with the Public School Employees of Stanwood-Camano outlining the process to compensate paraeducators who will exceed seven personal leave days for the 2023-2024 school year

Approve the Letter of Agreement with the Public School Employees of Stanwood-Camano outlining the process to cover paraeducator positions when no substitutes are available

Approve the First Amendment to the Superintendent's Contract to reflect three furlough days during the 2023-2024 school year to reflect budget reductions

Approve the Washington Guaranteed Admissions Program (WAGAP) Data Sharing Agreement to support a college-going culture and guaranteed admissions efforts at Central Washington University, Eastern Washington University, The Evergreen State College, Washington State University, and Western Washington University

PUBLIC COMMENT
Citizens wishing to address the Board are asked to submit online requests using the PUBLIC COMMENT link or email INTERNAL LINK [email protected] two hours prior to the board meeting start time. For those attending the meeting in person, request forms are available in the boardroom for submission prior to meeting start time. Citizens who wish to provide documents to board members will hand them to the Recording Secretary for distribution after the meeting. The Board President will call upon individuals who have requested to speak during the Public Comment section of the agenda. Individuals will state their name for the record and will be allowed three minutes to speak.
