If you would like to file a Civil Rights complaint related to the Child Nutrition Programs, please complete this complaint form and email it to Food Services Director Don Vennetti at dvennetti@stanwood.wednet.edu. All Civil Rights complaints connected to Child Nutrition Programs are forwarded to the Chief Nutrition Officer of Child Nutrition Services at the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) or to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), in accordance with federal regulations (7 CFR 15.12 and FNS 113-1). The Chief Nutrition Officer then forwards complaints to the Food & Nutrition Service Western Regional Office in San Francisco for review. Our goal is to ensure all concerns are handled promptly, respectfully, and in alignment with state and federal guidelines.
