Capital Projects

Capital Projects is responsible for administration of the District's Bond and Capital Levy projects. This involves managing the planning, design, and construction of new facilities, as well as the modernization and renovation of existing school buildings and other facilities.
It is only through your continued support of the bond and capital levy measures that the District is able to make these improvements. Thank you for enabling us to create a better learning environment for our students and staff.

This Safety & Infrastructure Levy would fund essential repairs and upgrades at every school — protecting classrooms, safety, and learning resources — without pulling money away from students and staff.
Election Day is Feb. 10, 2026.

Bond Projects
On February 13, 2017, the community passed a $147.5 million bond to build a new Stanwood High School (SHS), Church Creek Campus (CCC) - also known as the Alternative Learning Center, home to Lincoln Hill High, Lincoln Academy and Saratoga School - and Maintenance & Technology Center (MTC). The architect for all three projects was McGranahan Architects.
