COMMENTS BY CITIZENS 12:05 PM
The Board recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and the importance of involving citizens in its meetings. To permit fair and orderly expression of such comment, the Board will provide a period at each regular meeting during which citizens may address the Board. Those wishing to speak should sign up in advance. The Board welcomes comments but, in general, will not act on them during the meeting.

CONSENT AGENDA 1:00 PM
All items on the Consent Agenda have been distributed to Board Members for study and are considered routine. The Consent Agenda may be enacted by one motion of the Board. If discussion of an individual item is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda by any Board Member and placed on the regular agenda for Board action. The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

3. Approval of Elger Bay Elementary 5th Grade Outdoor Education Camp Orkila Field Trip, June 3-5, 2013, Orcas Island, Washington. That the Board approves the Elger Bay Elementary 5th Grade Outdoor Education Camp Orkila Field Trip, June 3-5, 2013, Orcas Island, Washington, dated May 7, 2013. (JS)

4. Approval of Contract for Occupational Therapy Services with Leanna J. Long Consulting for Special Education Students, 2013-14 School Year.
