The Board recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and the importance of involving citizens in its meetings. To permit fair and orderly expression of such comment, the Board will provide a period at each regular meeting during which citizens may address the Board. Those wishing to speak should sign up in advance. The Board welcomes comments but, in general, will not act on them during the meeting.

8. Approval of Bidding, Contracting, or Purchasing for the Following Projects (a-e):
a. Asphalt parking lot repairs and resurfacing at the Transportation Facility, Cedarhome, Stanwood, Twin City, and Utsalady Elementary schools, Port Susan and Stanwood Middle schools.
b. Renovate athletic field to improve drainage at Port Susan Middle School
c. Portable classroom exterior paint, roofing and repairs at Twin City and Stanwood Elementary schools, Stanwood Middle and Port Susan Middle schools.
d. Replace flooring and make repairs in other interior areas at Stanwood Middle School.
e. Paint school exterior at Cedarhome Elementary and Stanwood Middle School.
